A data driven approach to help with dissociation, defense mechanisms, and unhealthy behaviors. We will work collaboratively to unburden different parts of you to be able to lean into our compassion, creativity, curiosity, and so much more that is already deep inside you

First things first, it’s okay to feel nervous. Starting therapy is hard and you’re almost there!
When you are ready, or even if you want to learn more, fill out the form on the schedule a session tab and I will reach out within 24 hours to provide guidance on how to start. Whether it is with me, or support in finding the right fit.

Please note that I am a private pay practice and do not accept insurance with session rates at $130. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

EMDR is an evidence-based treatment modality to help with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and so much more.
I offer EMDR intensives if you would like to engage in a shorter time frame, or if your schedule does not allow for weekly sessions.

There can be many things we are scared to admit we are thinking and feeling. Becoming a burden and saying “the thing” aloud can be so scary and shame wrapped up in it making it difficult to be honest with the ones who love us.
A mental health professional can help you face “the thing”, find patterns, and not judge you one bit. There are scary things in our heads and you deserve to be seen for ALL that you are without any judgement or worry.
