  • What is EMDR?

EMDR is an evidence-based treatment modality to help with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and so much more.

I offer EMDR intensives if you would like to engage in a shorter time frame, or if your schedule does not allow for weekly sessions.

Reach out and I can share more!

  • What is the difference between talking to you or my friends/family?

There can be many things we are scared to admit we are thinking and feeling. Becoming a burden and saying “the thing” aloud can be so scary and shame wrapped up in it making it difficult to be honest with the ones who love us.

A mental health professional can help you face “the thing”, find patterns, and not judge you one bit. There are scary things in our heads and you deserve to be seen for ALL that you are without any judgement or worry.

  • Do you accept EAP?

At this time, I currently accept EAP strictly for 1st responders. If you would like more information, please reach out and I would be happy to direct you on how to get started.

  • If I see a therapist, won't people think I am weak?

This is a common thought when deciding if therapy is right for you.

Everyone needs help sometimes, and the most courageous thing to do is just reach out. Even if you don’t commit right now, you still did the hardest part.
