I have experienced amazing changes and healing first hand that have come from EMDR therapy in my own personal journey, and have witnessed growth in many clients throughout the years. I understand the struggle, have walked the walk, and have found peace on the other side of healing. I am passionate about helping others go from SURVIVING to THRIVING!
Our experiences can shape the way we view ourselves and the impact trauma has on the mind and body. My approach to therapy is grounded in trauma-informed care using EMDR, IFS, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-focused, and a person-centered approach. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. It is a privilege for me to be a witness to my client’s strengths and healing.

My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you better understand your emotions, reduce anxiety, and feel more connected to yourself. I strive to create a supportive, compassionate space where you can move from questioning yourself and experiencing self-doubt to feeling confident and secure in who you are.
